1. Does holistic nutrition conflict with other methods of health care?
Holistic nutrition is about using food and eating which are a necessary part of our lives, towards a balanced and therefore a healthier life.

We never work against your physicians' current advice.

2. Does the word holistic imply a certain religion?
No. Holistic nutrition is a very fast-developing science in alternative medicine + prevention.

3. Do we have to wear saffron robes?
Only if you really want to.

4. Can it help me lose weight?
Yes it can. However, because there are no machines or mechanical devices used, your commitment in following the recommended guidelines will indicate the speed at which your objective is met.

5. Does this mean that I will only eat grass and maybe, some fruit and vegetables?
Holistic nutrition comprises of many different foods, including their method of cooking or “un-cooking”. This includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. Many choices are provided and explained, the final choice is the one that you make.

6. Will I get bored?
You, may actually have a life changing experience.

7. So are you perfect? / So, do you think you’re perfect? / You must believe you are perfect?
No! Not at all. I think I’m beautifully human, full of strengths, weaknesses, flaws and scars that tell a story. I have choices, sometimes very difficult choices, but I have to make them in order to “feel good” and to “feel alive”.

8. How do I measure it’s efficiency?
We do not believe in counting calories, or in conducting expensive tests in order to understand your current condition. An analysis is made using your past history, present conditions, including your current lifestyle and your objectives for future heath.

The level of “result” will be dependent upon to objectives identified and your commitment towards “change”.
